All Future Wrist orders ship from our US warehouse in Fremont, CA. We do not ship from China — your order leaves our hands in the United States every time.
How Your Order Ships
Processing time: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2pm EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

International duties and taxes: Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are set by each country's government — they are not collected by Future Wrist and are the buyer's responsibility. If you're unsure what applies in your country, check with your local customs authority before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can track your shipment directly on the FedEx or USPS website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at support@futurewristtech.com.
Important Notes
Address accuracy
Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. Incorrect addresses that result in failed delivery are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery delays
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, or carrier delays outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
Failed delivery
If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice with redelivery instructions. Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the stated delivery window, contact us at support@futurewristtech.com with your order number and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.
PO Boxes
We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States via USPS. FedEx deliveries require a full street address.
