Warranty and Return Policy
The Future Wrist store Warranty and Return Policy covers only Products, as defined herein, purchased through our official online store. To ensure that your Future Wrist Product is authentic and protected by our warranty, please purchase from our official online store.
Our warranty policy warrants our Products against defects in material or workmanship under normal use for the following period from the date of retail purchase by the original consumer.
30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from futurewrist.com for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. You may return any Product purchased on futurewrist.com, excluding any third-party merchandise or offers (“Product”).
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. To request an RMA, please contact info@futurewristtech.com or 626-807-0799.
- Returned Product(s) must be in the same physical condition as at the time of purchase (not physically broken or damaged).
- All accessory items, giveaways, and original packaging included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- The RMA number must be included along with your returned Product.
Additional terms and conditions:
- Products ordered in November and December can be returned through January 31 of the following year (or 45 days – whichever is longer).
- Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
- You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Future Wrist.
- If you return a Product to Future Wrist (a) without an RMA from Future Wrist or (b) without all parts (including but not limited to the Product and any documentation related thereto) included in the original package, Future Wrist retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the Product or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher.
- Refunds will be processed and paid within 4 weeks of Future Wrist’s receipt of the Product.
