Is this discount real?

What movement is inside?
A Seiko VK63 meca-quartz chronograph. The large centre hand is the chronograph (it rests at 12 until you start it); the small sub-dial shows the running seconds. It's not an automatic — and we'd never claim it was.
Can I dive with it?
It's 500m water resistant. Track elapsed time with the rotating dive bezel — that's the correct dive-timing method. Chronograph pushers aren't rated to press underwater on any dive watch.
How long is delivery?
